We accept orders through our on-line secure shopping system, by fax, e-mail, or phone. We will need the item number. All orders must include: name, ship to address, phone number, and any special shipping instructions.
All sales shipped out of the state of Arkansas within the United States will not be charged sales tax. In state sales will be charged tax unless an Arkansas sales tax permit is provided.
Terms are: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal or proforma (payment in advance). Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged $20.00.
Free Shipping within the continental USA on ceiling fans only.
Most of our products are drop shipped by the manufacturer; therefore, we do not control which carrier is used. During the checkout process, you have the option to indicate that you would like notification of shipping costs before the order is completed. International shipping is available; however, please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges including taxes, duties and border fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees. Large and/or heavy items will require additional shipping charges.
Express shipping including overnight, 2nd day, etc. are not guaranteed. We will place all express orders as soon as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will ship the same day. Charges for shipping method requested will be billed as indicated even if the manufacturer ships several days later.
We will contact you with the international shipping options (USPS if available and Federal Express or UPS) before we process the order. We will not charge your credit card until you approve the whole order including shipping. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges including taxes, duties and border fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.
Lost or Damaged Goods:
All packages must be inspected by the recipient upon delivery before accepted. If there is damage to the package, please have the carrier make a note immediately. If you receive a package that is in good condition but the merchandise is damaged, call us immediately. Save all of the packaging that came with it. At that time we will issue a claim. FansCeilingFans.com is NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by delivery drivers; however, we will file a claim for lost or damaged packages and do everything we can to rectify the problem.
Package size up to 84" in length not to exceed 70 pounds.
Package size 84" to 108" in length not to exceed 150 pounds.
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver any or all of the products if such delay or failure is caused by lockouts or other labor disputes, production interruptions or limitations, shortages or late delivery of raw materials, Acts of God, or other causes beyond our control.
The approximate ship time on all items is 10-14 business days with exception to special order items that can take up to 6 weeks.
No return will be accepted unless authorization has been given. Custom made items on this web site are non-refundable. All others are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please ask your sales representative about the product you are ordering for the return policy.

50% down of total order for orders out of stock and back orders. This is due to our commitment to the mill to manufacture our product. Products will be shipped as soon as possible upon availability.
